We exhibited the ultra-miniature and ultra-low profile new type crystal devices and practical examples. These products are free from the use of resin adhesive and ceramic package by fusing our crystal processing technique and new hermetic sealing technique suited for the crystal devices.

"Ultra-miniature crystal resonators with dedicated temperature sensor for 5G/IoT"
We exhibited 1210 size and 1610 size high frequency and high precision crystal sensors with dedicated temperature sensor in order to support full-scale spread of 5G.

We exhibited 1210 size kHz band crystal resonator that realized the same level of series resistance as conventional products and 1610 size kHz band crystal resonator that realized the series resistance 50 kΩ max.

We exhibited a crystal oscillator with a high frequency stability in a wide operating temperature range of -40 to + 125 ° C and incorporate castellation which enables automated optical inspection (AOI).

We exhibited ultra-high-precision TCXO and 9×7 mm size small OCXO. In addition, we also exhibited VCXO capable of non-multiplied output up to 700MHz by using fundamental AT cut resonator.
