For four days, from October 3 to October 6, 2017, we presented our exhibits on CEATEC JAPAN 2017, held at the Makuhari Messe International Convention Complex.

"New design crystal devices – Arch. 3G series"
We exhibited the ultra-miniature and ultra-low profile new type crystal devices. These products are free from the use of resin adhesive and ceramic package by fusing our crystal processing technique and new hermetic sealing technique suited for the crystal devices.

"The world’s smallest and thinnest crystal resonator with temperature sensor function" <Reference Exhibit>
The temperature sensor fabricated by our proprietary functional thin film formation technology (Functional thin film tech.) was mounted on the new design crystal resonator (Arch. 3G) by wafer level construction method. This makes ultra-low profile, which was difficult with conventional ceramic chip type temperature sensor elements.

"Wavelength conversion device" <Reference Exhibit>
We exhibited the wavelength conversion device with synthetic quartz crystal. Since the absorption edge wavelength is short, conversion to ultraviolet radiation with a shorter wavelength is possible. In addition, since the damage threshold for laser is high, it can also cope with wavelength conversion of high power laser.

"Optical Filter (New Type)" <Reference Exhibit>
By laminating infrared absorbing materials and dielectric materials with high precision, excellent optical properties are realized. This filter is suited for the day & night surveillance camera and sensing camera using visible range and infrared range.

"1210 size ultra-miniature crystal devices"
We exhibited the 1210 size crystal devices that realized the same level of characteristics as conventional products by using our proprietary photolithography technology and simulation technology.

We exhibited the 1008 size ultra-miniature MHz band crystal resonator and small standard type MHz band crystal resonator for WiFi / Bluetooth which realized low profile with 1612 size.

"Crystal resonators for automotive"
We exhibited the MHz band crystal resonators that provide excellent shock resistance and thermal cycle resistance by using our proprietary design and packaging technologies. In addition, we also exhibited the 2012 size kHz band crystal resonator that realized series resistance 50kΩ max.

We exhibited the crystal oscillators that are capable of operating over a wide temperature range (-40~+125℃). This feature leads to increasing the degree of freedom of mounting position in the car.
