| Osaka, July 3, 2006— Daishinku Corp. (“KDS”) announced
that the Company will change the status of its accounting auditor as
described below. |

| 1. Reason for change of status of accounting auditor |
| ChuoAoyama Audit Corp.’s operation, KDS’ current accounting
auditor, was suspended for two months from July 1, 2006 to August
31, 2006 by the FSA. Following this incident, ChuAoyama Audit Corp.
loss their license to work as the accounting auditor for KDS within
the specified period. For this reason, we have dismissed their services. |
